Jenny was the 1st Female at the Elsies River 10km running a time of 39'57. She also claimed first prize of the 45-49 age category. Just incredible.

Elmarie Coetzee has done it again!
Elmarie's is having an extraordinary year. These are some of her age category achievements.
5th in the Boston Marathon with a time of 3h20
1st in the SA Half Marathon Championships with a time of 1h33
1st in the Gun Run 10km with a time of 42'39", setting a new Western Province record
1st in the WP 10km Championships, improving her own record to 41'58"
1st in the WP 5km Championships, setting a new WP and SA 5km record of 20'32"
1st in the Meiringspoort Half Marathon, setting a new WP record of 1h31'19"
Her record-setting achievements are nothing short of remarkable. What an honour to have her as a proud CMC member.
Erik shined on the trails
Erik Williamson put CMC on the podium again with a 3rd place in the Durbie Dash 21k trail. Go Erik!
